ICTS rewards staff dedication with lunchtime celebration

Director Gary Rosenthal, MD, welcomed many ICTS staff, research professionals, and students this afternoon, thanking them for their hard work during the past year. He acknowledged the combined years of experience present within the room and named those individuals with 20 or more years of service, including Greg Peak (20 years), Ruthann Schrock (25 years), Jane Weber and Elaine McClure (30 years), and Donna Farley (40 years).

With an emphasis on building community, Rosenthal's comments encouraged the attendees to continue sharing new ideas and discovering innovative approaches to conducting clinical and translational research at the University of Iowa.

Eight participants received door prizes ranging from gift certificates to official Hawkeye gear.
